You also agree to remove your Brake Sensor Wires if you are performing your own installation. Failure to do so could result in Braking Action creating a Throttle input in extreme cases of water intrusion to the Controller Wiring Harness. To further prevent Water Intrusion issues, mount the controller upside down and use Dielectric Grease on the Harness connections, also avoid deep water and pressure washing your bike . Modifying e motos with these controllers and tunes make them illegal to ride on the road. After installing an aftermarket controller and getting a high powered tune, you are running the risk of damaging your motor. Even with our motor temperature protection enabled, it is still possible to damage your motor if you push the motor outside of its limits. To ensure you do not cause damage to your motor, follow the advice below: Do not use wide open throttle for longer than 10-15 seconds. Do not do repeated full throttle runs. Do not consistently ride the bike in high power modes, only use the power mode you need at the time. Do not ride for long distances where you are on 3/4 or full throttle consistently for long periods of time. If you need to use your bike for long rides using consistent throttle then you will need to significantly reduce the power level of the tune to ensure you can ride for stained periods without damage. Just for comparison, the stock bike in Sport mode running at full throttle is running at 5-6kW, after you put on a BAC8000 and high powered battery you will be pushing up to 15kW (3 times the power of the stock bike) and it cannot be expected for this not to take a toll on the motor. Please be mindful and smart when modifying and riding e motos.

What’s included:

• BAC8000 Tuned by Bruno Power.

• New wiring harness. The wiring harness for the controller has been simplified to now come in two pieces, one for the motor to the controller and one for the bike harness to the controller. This assists in keeping extra wires to a minimum and eases the installation process.

• New install brackets. Install brackets now line up with existing holes and hardware found on the stock bike meaning there is minimum work needed for the installation (all parts are included in our kit) and we have also included a lightweight cover for the controller that mounts up against the frame helping to keep out water, mud and all the things you just don’t need interacting with your controller.

• Reverse Gear. The power button on the Talaria display (little red button) has now been utilized to function as a reverse gear, helping you to easily back up or move out of situations without having to manually carry your bike!

• Thumb throttle. We have also added the option of a thumb throttle in the harness for variable regen braking. This is supplied with the kit.

• APT Display. Comes with a 750C APT Display that is fully compatible with the tune and offers 3, 5, or 9 power modes.

• Phase Extension wires (BMS bypass kit by request – no extra charge), all bolts, washers, and heat shrink

• Accurate motor temperature. As with all EBMX tunes, the Talaria Moto has been baked in an oven to verify and calibrate the temperature sensor and ensure a high level of accuracy when recording motor temperatures.

The Talaria power kit will be able to be used with a stock bike battery (once the battery bypass has been completed) or with any of the upgraded EBMX Talaria battery choices! Power will be limited when using the stock battery so if you want to get wild, be sure to upgrade to one of our high-powered EBMX batteries to get the most out of the controller setup.
